VF-Engineering R32s Take 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th at SoCalR32 Track Day!
at the SoCal R32 track day at the Streets Of Willow, CA - April 10, 2006
Streets of Willow hosted SocalR32's club track event on 10th April, 2006. We have Eugene Lee to thank for organizing the event which was sponsored by several vendors including VF-Engineering. The track was open to any and all R32s and for sponsors to bring their demo cars.
VF-Engineering's 2x Black R32 Stage 3 cars belonging to owners Steve and Josh were driven to the track on the morning and put to the test. VF chose to use this event to prove the stage 3 on the track and announce the release of this 12psi 450hp conversion. VF's head tech gave the thumbs up to the driver after he logged fuel, knock and sensor activity of the engines for a few laps. Mike Potter pilotted both cars setting a blistering pace.
VF's stage 3 power made full use of the 4wd chassis proving that supercharger power is as fast if not faster than turbocharger power. The cars were equipped with standard H&R suspension, one car had a Clutch Masters lightweight stage2 kit and the other a Stasis front brake setup. Both cars ran street legal with full exhaust sytems with cats and full interior.
VF achieved the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th fastest track times of the day.
